Job summary

AES Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience while upholding safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure restaurant performance aligns with company goals across service, operations and financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, capable of managing cash and inventory controls, and committed to developing team skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or be able to obtain certification.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
