Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts verbally with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed according to policy.
• Manages alcohol service according to state and federal laws.
• Conducts regular inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Audits deliveries and adheres to budgets to boost profits.
