Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support for restaurant operations and guide Team Members in delivering quality service to Guests. You will uphold brand standards, manage cash, supervision, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service rules.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Manages cash handling and adheres to company policies.
• Oversees alcohol service according to laws and regulations.
• Performs inventory, ordering, and audits deliveries.
• Maintains budgets to support profits and growth.
• Addresses customer issues with urgency and fairness.
