Cinemark is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on leadership for our restaurant operations. You will supervise Team Members, ensure quality guest service, and uphold brand standards in timeliness, accuracy, and experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, strong cash handling and math skills, fluent English, and the ability to train and lead others while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Completes basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests courteously and promptly.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Manages cash handling and inventory as needed.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol service laws and safety procedures.
• Upholds Cinemark brand standards and employee relations protocols.
