Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts verbally with Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are completed according to policy.
• Manages service of alcohol according to state and federal laws.
• Adheres to budgets to increase profits through cost management and sales growth.
