Cinemark is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, build a strong team, and ensure exceptional guest service in line with brand standards.

The role requires supervising Team Members, coordinating training, and managing alcohol service, cash handling, and events to boost sales and profitability. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Requires basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve Guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Completes administrative functions.
• Manages cash handling procedures per policy.
• Oversees service of alcohol per laws and regulations.
• Organizes and promotes events to drive sales and traffic.
• Conducts inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Maintains equipment and adheres to budgets for profit growth.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and policies.
• Reports employee relations issues to management.
