Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and lead Team Members across departments. You will follow the General Manager’s direction, help enforce policies, and participate in the Management Accreditation Program as you grow toward senior roles.

You’ll train staff, manage cash handling, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout the theatre.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certification requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff communication.
• Work in all departments to cover theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative reports for the General Manager.
