Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and guide Team Members in providing excellent guest service.

The role emphasizes adherence to brand standards for timeliness, accuracy and experience, while maintaining procedures for cash handling, alcohol service, inventory and budgeting. The position requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, High School/GED, and completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interact with Guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Manage cash handling procedures according to policy.
