Job summary

Burger King is seeking a motivated supervisor for its Calumet Park, IL location. This position supports daily operations, trains team members, and upholds brand standards to deliver great guest experiences.

You'll lead a fast-paced team, manage schedules, ensure food quality and safety, and partner with the Restaurant General Manager to meet guest and business goals. Open availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administration—balance employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training for their roles.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.

• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Regularly thank the team and celebrate successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with the GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers and cash handling; HACCP logs.
