Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.

• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train.
• Coach and develop staff and maintain team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
