Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure friendly service, and deliver great food in a clean, inviting environment. The role works under the General Manager to maintain standards and procedures and provides training for career growth within a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player and capable of leading in a high-volume environment with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Contribute to a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
