Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly service, great food, and a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team to maintain standards, lead and train staff, and manage schedules in a fast-paced setting. Training and internal promotions are available, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent with all required documents
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and labor costs
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards are met
• Uphold health and safety inspections and standards
• Set and maintain a fun, family environment in the restaurant
