Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure friendly guest service, and deliver quality food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Under the General Manager, you will help oversee operations, schedule and train staff, enforce safety standards, coach team members toward high performance, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents per law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment.
