Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, fast service with quality food in a clean, welcoming setting.

Under the General Manager, you will supervise staff, manage schedules, uphold financial controls, hire and train, and coach the team to safety and guest-focused service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required state/federal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
