Burger King is hiring for a Restaurant Supervisor in the Burbank, IL area. You will lead a fast-paced team, train new hires, monitor service quality, and ensure adherence to standards while achieving financial goals.

We seek personable, results-oriented leaders with 1–2 years of supervisory experience and excellent guest service skills. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
