Burger King in Montgomery, IL is seeking a hands-on supervisor to join our growing team. You will lead, train and coach staff to deliver fast, friendly service while managing daily restaurant operations.

We value frontline leaders who put guests and employees first, keep quality standards, and help the restaurant meet financial goals. A high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience are required, with willingness to work all shifts.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
