Job summary

Burger King is seeking motivated team members for a fast-paced role in Orland Hills, IL. This position offers hands-on leadership opportunities from team member to restaurant supervisor while contributing to guest satisfaction and store performance.

You will develop leaders, maintain service standards, train new staff, manage schedules, and support the General Manager to meet QSC goals. High school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred; ability to work all shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
