Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a franchise of Pizza Hut, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Hobbs, NM. You’ll support daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure friendly guest service with great food delivered in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with the District Manager and staff to maintain standards, manage schedules, and drive performance. Must be adaptable, customer-focused, and ready to grow with internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; possess required documents per state and federal law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold standards.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and cost management.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Support GM in achieving operational goals and a positive guest experience.
