Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensure friendly service, and deliver great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager, lead a fast-paced team, and develop staff through coaching and training. A minimum of 1 year as an assistant manager in a high-volume food-service setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an Assistant Manager role in a high-volume food service environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• HS diploma or equivalent with required state/federal documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under General Manager guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Set a welcoming tone in a fun, family-oriented environment.
