Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with required documents.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations as part of the team.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and cash handling.
• Create and manage staff schedules and coverage.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop team performance.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
