Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Albuquerque, NM, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the General Manager and District Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and ensure smooth shift execution, while modeling strong guest service and leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver-s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent—documented as required by law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment.
