Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations at our Albuquerque location. You will ensure friendly, personalized service and prompt, quality food in a clean, inviting setting.

The role supports the General Manager and District Manager, promoting a team-centered, high-performance environment. We seek self-motivated leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and can train, coach, and develop staff, uphold standards, and maintain exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
