Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting setting. You will work closely with the District Manager and the team to uphold standards and procedures, while training and developing staff to achieve management goals.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented leaders with a proven track record in high-volume food service and a commitment to exceptional guest

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
Create and manage staff schedules.
Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
