Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Utah/Springville to lead daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence and drive performance. You will train and recognize team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure food safety while delivering memorable guest experiences.

With 3+ years in restaurant management, you’ll assist with P&L, inventory, labor, and security procedures, and support hiring and development opportunities for your staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with P&L, inventory, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold brand standards, food safety, and core values.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues with GM escalation as needed.
• Recruiting and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and inclusion.
• Assist with cash control, security procedures, and facility maintenance.
• Review financial reports to optimize performance.
