Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with P&L and cash handling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards.
• Take charge of operations in GM's absence.
