Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience assisting with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence and uphold health and safety standards.
• Take charge in GM's absence and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and employee relations.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with equity and inclusion.
• Support Profit & Loss management and financial reporting actions.
• Aid in facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
