Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lehi, UT, to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead the team toward operational excellence. You will train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and run daily operations in the GM's absence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, food safety standards, and Core excellence.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; foster inclusion.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
