Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Take charge of operations in the GM's absence and drive performance.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members to foster equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and support facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
