• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and drive excellence.
• Model MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Coach and recognize team members, ensuring training resources.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring of Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management and financial review.
