Taco Bell in Utah is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, recruit and train top talent, and set the gold standard for guest experience.

You will drive CHAMPS compliance, schedule labor efficiently, mentor managers, and own P&L decisions to maximize profitability while preserving service quality. The role emphasizes development, equity, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Champions Taco Bell’s culture and values, with emphasis on Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
• Experience in recruiting and training both high and under-performing employees.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans, mentor Assistant Managers and Train-the-Trainer staff.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and strive to exceed standards, including digital presence and loyalty programs.
