You will oversee operations in the GM’s absence, drive performance, recruit talent, and manage P&L with a focus on cash control, inventory, and labor. A culture of equity and belonging is valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; promote equity and belonging.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations in the GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members while driving inclusion.
• Manage labor and inventories; ensure health and safety standards.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
