Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members while promoting equity and belonging.
• Support Profit & Loss management, cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
