Job summary

Taco Bell in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach teams, and drive daily operations in the GM’s absence. Expect a 50-hour week with 40 hours regular pay and 10 hours overtime.

You’ll lead with ownership mentality, recruit, recognize top performers, and push for excellent customer experiences while ensuring food safety and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management and labor control.
• Ensure employees receive training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, inclusion and belonging.
• Strong communication for appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Adhere to policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Collaborate on team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address employee relations issues as needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with a culture of equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
