Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality products, and maintain excellent customer relations in a Florida location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and supplier orders to control costs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure health and safety codes, cash controls, and secure operations are maintained.
• Support marketing programs and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and facilities and motivate the restaurant team.
