Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence and drive the team toward excellence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety standards, and core excellence; support GM in performance reviews and employee relations.
