Job summary

Taco Bell is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Florida to drive daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence, coach the team, and uphold brand standards. You will train, recognize performance, and ensure top-level guest experiences while managing schedules, inventory, and labor with a focus on safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and team leadership.
• Experience assisting with Profit & Loss management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of health and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards.
• Lead operations in GM's absence and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with GM on team performance and feedback.
• Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure health, safety and facility standards are maintained.
