You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering excellent guest experiences in Surprise, AZ. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to staff development with flexibility for long hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Hospitality or related degree preferred.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Management Training Program certification after hire required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Proficiency with restaurant equipment.
• English fluency; bilingual preferred.
• 50+ hour work week with possible additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Increase guest counts and loyalty through quality operation and staff development.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, safety, sanitation compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, retain, supervise and schedule staff.
• Ensure training and development per company policies.
• Adhere to health department and quality audits; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise 20–50 non-exempt employees per shift.
• Attend management, regional, and company meetings; contribute to plans.
• Ensure secure handling of daily bank deposits during shifts.
• Present at meetings and aid in program formulation.
• Demonstrate professional appearance and company rules (five-foot rule).
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
