Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Fallon, NV Taco Bell site. You will support daily operations, lead shifts, and coach teams to uphold service standards and brand quality.

Responsibilities include training staff, recruiting with GM, ensuring OSHA compliance, and driving financial performance while delivering a 5-star customer experience. This role is on site with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop staff for leadership roles and succession planning.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and a superior guest experience.
