Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, handle customer issues, and reinforce Taco Bell Hungry culture while managing safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to develop talent, coach managers, and optimize labor and inventory to support a high‑volume operation.

Qualifications

• High School minimum; University Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of operational management experience in Quick Service/retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities
