Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• 18+ years of age or older; ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe Certification required.
• Must pass background checks and health/safety requirements per local/state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety; ensure OSHA compliance and a safe environment.
• Assist in training and development plans, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and performance targets.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and experience at all times.
• Assist GM in day-to-day restaurant operations and leadership.
