Qualifications

• High School minimum; University degree preferred.
• 1-3 years operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong business math and accounting skills to manage P&L; strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong team-building capability.
• Dynamic, energetic leader; self-starter; proactive and results-driven.
• Experience in coaching/managing managers and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
