Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a restaurant, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. The AGM partners with the Restaurant General Manager to implement policies and coach a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, customer focus, and culture development in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential to manage a $1m+ operation and deliver daily excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; university degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of operational management in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic business math and accounting to manage P&L.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Dynamic, energetic, proactive leader, able to drive execution and growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead culture champion and train employees to deliver Taco Bell standards.
• Recruit and develop high-quality operators and managers for excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and inventory to meet restaurant needs and financial targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and security policies are followed and a safe environment is maintained.
