Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to provide operational leadership in a busy unit in the United States. The AGM will mentor team members, manage shifts, monitor service speed, control costs, and maintain standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality.

Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Restaurant General Manager to drive profitability and guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in service industry.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, maintain hospitality.
• Prepare and package food according to standards.
• Operate POS and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
• Assist with scheduling and staff deployment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with daily opening/closing.
• Coach and train employees.
• Ensure safety compliance and report issues.
