Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to provide leadership and hands-on supervision in a Taco Bell unit. The AGM will help ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and fast service while training employees and modeling professional behavior.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, scheduling, monitoring inventory and cash procedures, and driving profitability. The AGM reports to the restaurant management and participates in safety and compliance rituals

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in service.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Manage shifts and guide new team members.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff.
• Support scheduling and crew deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and address bottlenecks.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and opening/closing duties.
