Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
RRT required for all new hires after 1 Oct 2015; must have by 1 Oct 2017.
Current state license where required by state law.
BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Plans and provides operational, financial, managerial and/or clinical support to patients, staff and director.
Supervises employees; participates in selection, orientation, counseling and scheduling.
Leads department goals; ensures timely and effective achievement of objectives.
Provides leadership to achieve optimal clinical, operational, financial and satisfaction outcomes.
Develops and manages the department budget; pursues process improvements and data-driven decisions.
