Job summary

Banner Health’s Torrington Community Hospital in Wyoming seeks a Manager for Respiratory Therapy. The role plans, supervises, and advances respiratory care services across inpatient units and ambulatory procedures, leading two therapists and coordinating with medical staff.

You will oversee clinical operations, budgeting, and quality initiatives to ensure patient safety and excellent care, with a full-time schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts (6:00am–6:30pm) plus on-call and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• NBRC RRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes multidisciplinary patient care services through collaboration and teamwork.
• Hires, trains, conducts evaluations, and directs workflow for staff.
• Develops and monitors department budget to meet goals.
• Provides leadership to achieve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission regulations and quality/safety standards.
