Lionstone Care in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonar y disorders across care settings. You will perform therapeutic respiratory care, oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and diagnostic testing to guide treatment plans.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians; educate patients and families; monitor therapy and document in the EHR; and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license with CRT or RRT certification.
• New graduates welcome; clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and interpret ABG, PFTs, and X-rays.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and care teams.
• Administer oxygen therapy and manage ventilators and NIV devices.
• Provide airway management and tracheostomy care when needed.
• Monitor responses and document progress in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care at home.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist in CPR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians; participate in team meetings.
