Lionstone Care in Loveland, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across long-term and acute care settings. The role includes providing therapeutic care, oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and diagnostic testing to guide treatment decisions.

Formación

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current and active Respiratory Therapist license. CRT or RRT certification required.
• Experience: Healthcare or acute care setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills in respiratory care, and proficiency with EHR systems.
• Teamwork: Able to collaborate with physicians, nurses and the care team.

Responsabilidades

• Assess respiratory conditions by history, exams and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Administer oxygen, aerosol meds, bronchodilators and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Airway management including suctioning and tracheostomy care when needed.
• Monitor responses and document plans and progress in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on management and device use.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid respiratory support and coordination.
