Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders in a busy healthcare setting. You will work with physicians, nurses, and the care team to develop individualized therapy plans and ensure high-quality respiratory care.

Responsibilities include administering oxygen and aerosol therapies, managing ventilators, conducting ABG analysis and PFTs, educating patients and families, and responding to emergencies with CPR when

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license.
• CRT or RRT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Provide airway management and tracheostomy care when needed.
• Monitor patient progress and document in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory management.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and perform CPR when necessary.
