Lionstone Care seeks a Respiratory Therapist in Eaton, OH to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders across care settings. You will perform diagnostic tests, manage ventilation, and collaborate with the care team to develop patient-specific plans.

Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy and an active CRT or RRT license. New grads welcome; strong teamwork and EHR skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license; CRT or RRT certification.
• Healthcare or acute care experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions by evaluating medical history and tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Provide airway management assistance as needed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies.
• Document assessments and plans in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on home respiratory care.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in CPR when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on care plans.
• Perform pulmonary function tests and ABG analysis.
